Literaturhaus

LiteraturHaus is home to Denmark’s first live venue for literature. Here audiences may experience readings by national and international writers, established and budding writers, novelists and poets, hear and participate in discussions about literature led by critics, scholars and writers. LiteraturHaus, furthermore, offers events centred on music, film and other art forms or on their cross-fertilisation with literature.

LiteraturHaus is located in a deconsecrated church, where the high-ceilinged interior of the nave and the cosy café in the basement provide a unique atmosphere for the many events the venue hosts every week.
